Kaylee Rose (She/Her) makes art that comes from direct observation and lived experience. She works primarily in painting, but also in drawing and sculptural paintings

From Cleveland, Ohio, she studied at The Ohio State University (BFA 2021) until moving to Massachusetts for Graduate School, attending The School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University (MFA 2024). Rose is the Recipient of the Post Graduate Teaching Fellowship at Tufts University and was recently shown in SMFA’s Master’s thesis show, Pulling Teeth and Jumping Rope, curated by Dani Shen of Harvard Carpenter Center of Visual Arts.

Rose’s Work has been exhibited internationally at CICA Museum in South Korea, while also being shown numerous times in the States with galleries such as Roy G Biv and Urban Art Space, while recently collected in Tufts University’s Library Collection.
